1/25/2023 Topic: From address over-ride darren

I'm trying to get emailed forms to show up in the users inbox with the from and reply to email addresses shown below (as an example). I'm using the Outlook profile option which is my personal email address. The recipients are receiving the email shown as coming from my personal address. Is there a way to over-ride my personal address and show the defaults below?
